Unit 3: Scriptwriting

Unit 3 is meant to teach young writers how to write scripts, whether it might be for a play for a movie, or even a TV show. Scriptwriting is a fantastic way to have some fun with writing and with characters, as most scripts are almost entirely made up of dialogue. Hopefully, you learn to love scriptwriting and all that it can bring to the table to hone your writing skills and to make meaningful pieces!​

Remember, the order of lessons in this unit is what's recommended, but mixing up lessons or outright skipping some is completely okay. We hope these lessons will improve young writers' excitement and skill to work with each other!
