Unit 2: Poetry

Unit 2 is meant to start teaching the different aspects of poetry and what makes poetry fun to write!

 

Learning how to write various forms will help young writers branch out, and it'll help them understand more of their own work and how to incorporate a few poetic elements into it!​

Remember, the order of lessons in this unit is what's recommended, but mixing up lessons or outright skipping some is completely okay. We hope these lessons will improve young writers' excitement and skill to work with each other!
